What happens if there is a theft during the time I am receiving home care services from UPL?
Answer:Although is it rare, theft can happen. No need to worry though, Affordable  UPL is bonded for your protection.


Question:
What if I have pets, such as a cat or dog? Can I still use home care services?
Answer:
For many home care companies having pets can complicate staffing because of allergy problems. We however allow pet visits for therapy from families and friends

Question:
What happens if my Personal Assistant gets hurt at my home? Am I liable?
Answer:Many home care companies choose not to obtain proper insurance or workers compensation which makes you directly liable for many things. UPL is fully insured, so in the event of an unfortunate incident you are covered


Question:
Do I need to establish a set schedule for home care and stick with it?
Answer:Preferably home care should be performed on a regular schedule that is established at the start of services. However, we understand that life happens and schedules may need to change. All we ask is that you provide our office a 24 hour notice of schedule changes.

Question:
What if I need care for two people?
Answer:Not a problem. We often care for two people within the same residence. This feature does require a nominal up-charge. Please call for details at: 763-280-3236
